Shipping/Return Policy

SHIPPING POLICY

At Inside Auto we offer free domestic shipping, which usually takes 1-5 business days to arrive depending on the shipping address location. All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, including a tracking number to see where your package is located at all times, please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated.
The shipping methods we use are FedEx, UPS, USPS, Local Delivery Services and Freight Carriers.

International Shipping

For international shipping orders please call us. Orders must be placed over the phone. 

 

IN STORE PICK-UP

Our in-store pickup hours are Monday to Friday 9:00am to 4:00pm and Saturday 10:00am to 1:00pm. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

 

RETURN POLICY

We strive to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase from Inside Auto, but we also understand that some things just don’t work out.  We will gladly exchange your item within 15 days from the delivery date. However, if we do not have the same part in stock we will issue a refund for the full order amount as soon as we receive the part back and as long as the same is in its original condition.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at inside.auto.us@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
